The main business focus of ChipMOS/Shanghai is to extend ChipMOS/Bermuda existing core competences on assembly and testing of memory semiconductor and LCD driver semiconductor into China market to serve regional customers’ demands. Through ChipMOS staff’s effort, ChipMOS/Shanghai has been successfully providing assembly and testing services to customers at memory sector since 2003. The operation systems have passed the ISO 9000 quality system certification in 2004. ChipMOS/Shanghai also sticks to same corporate 5C culture (Cooperation, Creativity, Cordiality, Cost consciousness, Continuity) as ChipMOS group to provide an amicable working environment to its employees and maintain a friendly relationship with the relating societies.
